Founded by Lavern and Grace Fails, Hawkeye State Enterprises, Inc. has been providing affordable housing for singles, families and college students attending UNI, Hawkeye Tech, Allen School of Nursing and Wartburg.  Located in Denver, IA, our facilities were built with our customers in mind.

Care was taken during development by Lavern Fails himself to insure that each unit was properly insulated to provide his customers with a quiet and efficient apartment.  Because of this, each unit helps keep your utility prices down during the cold winter months and the hot summer months.

All units have garages available, if desired.

Located on the south edge of Denver, Iowa, we are just minutes away from Allen Hospital, Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Waverly, Iowa.  If you're looking for small town friendly living, this is the place to be!

WE ARE A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT IN ALL THREE OF OUR BUILDINGS AND WE ALSO HAVE A NO PET POLICY.
